Qatar, a vibrant multicultural hub, is home to a diverse population, with expatriates making up 88% of its residents. There is a relatively great number of Palestinian and Lebanese population living in Qatar, whose home countries are suffering from war. Research have shown that people can be emotionally affected by a home crisis, dealing with greater amount of stress, anxiety and depression. This makes it challenging for individuals to concentrate on daily responsibilities, whether in work or studies. As a result, there is a pressing need for support to navigate these difficult circumstances. This training program aims to equip participants with evidence-based tools and strategies to manage current and future adversities, fostering resilience and emotional well-being in the face of personal and communal struggles. Through shared knowledge and experiences, participants can find strength and hope in their journey towards recovery and growth.
